After our intro call and we better understand your needs we will we will introduce you to a your Product Manager. Prior to signing a contract we want to make sure there is a good relationship with the product manager.

Sembrar is a remote first company. In the case you need a Product Manager on site, we will work with you on a case by case basis.

Every Product Manager will have their own computer. They can also be issued a computer from your company, as needed.

You product manager is an embeded member of your team. You will need to provide all internal communication software, speciality software like figma or google suite, storage, and any other software that your teams uses to make them efficient and effective.

Generally you should expect your PM to show up daily. However, there are circumstance that might make sense to be more flexible.

We want your PM to be feel like a member of your team. As such we know that between you and your Senior PM you can figure out the best work schedule that gets the best results.

Every Sembrar PM should have a primary point of contact and champion at your company. This person should be aware of the product and projects that the PM is working on. They will be the PM primary point of contract.

You and the PM will also have a Sembrar manager who will support both you and the PM during the duration of the contract.

Yes, your Sembrar PM gets the equivalent to five working days of vacation for every 3 months of contract work. They will also take any holidays or days off that the company typically takes.
